Rules for Use of Baronial Property:
1. The quarter master must be contacted in advance.
2. All baronial property withdrawn for official use (SCA event, demo, fighter practice, etc.) will be documented. Personal use of Baronial property is prohibited.
3. Transportation of the items is the responsibility of the person(s) requesting the items.
4. All baronial property will be returned to the quarter master within seven (7) days following the event that the items were used.
5. All baronial property will be inspected by the person(s) requesting the items at the time the items are picked up.
6. Tents, pavilions, etc. must be clean and dry before being returned. All items will be inspected by the quarter master and the requestor at the time the items are returned.
